The customer has to intimate us at care@ppjewellers.com about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within five days of delivery . P.P. Jewellers will not be liable for any return after the lapse of this period. The Refund will only be initiated if the item is in its original condition and has our quality check.
