Return Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
  • We offer a 5-days return/exchange policy. The return/exchange policy is valid only in the below cases:

    • The product received by the customer is defective/damaged
    • The product was damaged in transit
    • The customer received wrong product
  • The customer has to intimate us at care@ppjewellers.com about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within five days of delivery . P.P. Jewellers will not be liable for any return after the lapse of this period.

  • The refund will not be initiated, once the product has passed our quality check.

  • Any item not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return/refund.

  • On successful processing of return, the amount will be credited to the source provided by the customer.

  • P.P. Jewellers  may, at its sole discretion, reserve all the rights to refuse return of any particular order at any point of time.

  • NO Refunds will be given in the following cases:

    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

    • Failure to deliver after 3 attempts by our respective courier agent.

    • Package refused by recipient.

    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

    • If the product is not faulty or damaged.

Exchange Policy

  •  We offer an exchange policy if the user wants to exchange the size they have received. A charge of ₹100 is applicable in case the user wants to exchange the size.
  • You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
  • If you need to exchange any piece for the same item, exchange is subject to availability in stock. In case, the same product is not available, you can opt for a replacement with some other product.
  • P.P. Jewellers  may, at its sole discretion, reserve all the rights to refuse exchange of any particular order at any point of time.
  • Exchange is not applicable for Toe Rings, Anklets and Nose Pins, Pooja Items, Silverware, Home and Decor

 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of ordered products will be accepted only within 24 hours or before initiating the dispatch, whichever earlier, after that, the order cannot be canceled.
  • P.P. Jewellers  may, at its sole discretion, reserve all the rights to refuse cancellation of any particular order at any point of time.
